Complaints will be dealt with is complaints that meet the following criteria :

  • Has information and address the complainant's name, address complaints, contact telephone number (if any), the facts are clear and the date.
  • Complaints relating to the operation of Batu Gajah District Council
  • Complaints relating to staff and departments Batu Gajah District Council
  • Complaint unfounded
